Shaping Change is What Entrepreneurs Do

Join us for this month's Entrepreneurs Everywhere on Wednesday 2 June and meet the Commissioners at this round table event!

Being an entrepreneur is about building new bridges and asking the questions that others don’t know how to ask. It’s about helping others find their brave and set goals that challenge them to be the best they can be. We all know that the entrepreneurial mindset can help society as a whole. When we learn to garner the creativity we hold inside, problems stop looking like barriers and become surmountable obstacles.

We have been asked to help the Tauranga City Council Commissioners see our city and region from our perspective. They would like us to challenge them on the decisions made in the 2021 – 2031 Long-Term Plan, which will be available to view from 7th May.

We want you to join us on Wednesday 2nd June at Basestation to speak to the Commissioners directly about what the changes will mean to you and your whānau in real terms. We might not be able to make major changes to the current plan, but we can influence ongoing consultation. We can help shape the 2022 electoral campaigns.
